About Us

We are a funded 🇧🇪 Belgian startup helping sports clubs (football, tennis, …) with their operational burden. We solve this with an AI-native SaaS where clubs manage contracts, track rights & deliveries, run their hospitality, and give sponsors a professional experience. Everything commercial, simplified.

Your Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will work directly alongside the CEO. You are the bridge between our customers and our product, making sure every club we work with gets real value, fast.

Day-to-day you'll onboard new clubs, guide them through the platform, and make sure they're actually using it in a way that changes how they work. When they have friction, you fix it. When they have needs, you translate them into something the product team can build. When they're happy, you make sure they stay that way.

This is not a support role. This is a commercial role. You own the relationship after the deal is signed, and you'll be the reason clubs renew and expand.

Requirements

  • You want to work at a startup. You understand what that means.
  • You are hungry. You don't wait to be told what to do.
  • You are genuinely good with people. Clients trust you quickly.
  • You can run multiple accounts at once without dropping the ball.
  • You have a structured mindset. You turn chaos into clarity.
  • You can translate a client frustration into a crisp product brief.
  • You are proficient in English and Dutch.
  • Affinity with sports, SaaS or both is a strong plus.
