What does partnership management actually cost?
One person is free, forever, not for a fortnight. A team is €200, €500, or from €1,000 a month depending on how many people run the commercial side and what you switch on. Above six full users we price on how many you need, and that is the only thing the quote moves on. Pro is the same software as Club: what it adds is onboarding and migration done for you, a response time in writing, training each season and a named contact. The partners you sign never cost anything, at any tier. Monthly, excl. VAT, and you can leave whenever.
Who counts as a full user?
The people who build and sell: who close deals, who own matchday delivery, who see what everything is worth. One on Free, three on Starter, six on Club, and from seven up we price Pro on how many you need. Guest users are separate and cheaper: finance, marketing, matchday staff, anyone who needs to see their own bit. Every tier includes some, from three on Free to unlimited on Pro. Partners are unlimited and free everywhere, forever.
How do the AI credits work?
Every tier includes a monthly amount of AI, quoted in euros because that’s the only unit you can do anything with: €10 on Free, up to €200 on Pro. It covers Coach Vic. Reading your contracts in is never metered, however many you load, on any tier. Unused credit rolls over one month, and on the paid tiers you can buy more.
How much history do we keep?
On the paid tiers, all of it. Every season you’ve loaded stays, so you can put this season next to the last three. Free shows the current season. Nothing is deleted when you’re on Free; it’s there waiting the day you move up.
Why isn’t hospitality priced on this page?
Because your venue decides what it costs, and we haven’t seen your venue yet. You pay per guest you host, at a rate that falls as you grow, and nothing in the off-season. We draw your venue, load your season, and quote it, with no setup fee.
Can we take hospitality without partnership management?
Yes. Hospitality and B2B ticketing is its own module, quoted on your venue, and it runs on its own. Partnership management on its own is fine too, and most clubs start there. Taken together they’re one workspace rather than two tools, which is the reason to buy them from the same place.
