Data clean room

Stop selling reach.
Start selling customers.

See how many of your fans buy from your sponsors, and what that was worth.

See how it works

No data is shared between you and the sponsor. Ever.

Sponsors stopped believing impressions.

Every renewal asks the same question: what did this actually sell? Half the answer is in your systems, half in theirs.

Three steps. Nothing is ever shared.

No new tracking, no new consent flow, and no file changes hands in either direction.

1

Export what you already hold

Fan records from the systems you have. No new tracking, no new consent flow.

2

Both sides hash, then match

The matching runs on values nobody can read, including us.

3

You get the report

Overlap, impact per activation, revenue. Yours to take into the renewal.

Neither side ever sees the other's data
Identifiers are hashed before they leave your system
The output is counts — never names, never rows
We walk your DPO through it before you sign

How many of your fans are already their customers?

Nobody in sponsorship can answer that, so everyone sells reach instead. Now it's a number.

Which activation actually sold something

One newsletter beat every competition and podcast on the plan. One send did nothing at all.

And what to sell them next season

Your fans buy city breaks and ski trips far harder than their customers do. Price that in.

Pick a time. We'll do the rest.

Forty-five minutes on the platform rather than in a deck: your competition, your partners, your seats. Nothing to fill in first, and no follow-up needed afterwards.

  • The platform on your own competition, not a slide deck
  • An estimate worked out in front of you, not a proposal next week
  • Straight answers, including on what it doesn't do yet

All questions, in text

Do we have to hand our fan database to the sponsor?

No, and neither do they. Identifiers are hashed on each side before anything is sent, so what meets in the middle is unreadable to everyone including us. Nobody receives a name, an email address or a list they could market to.

Is this GDPR compliant?

It's built to be: no personal data crosses between the parties, the output is aggregate counts, and neither side can re-identify anyone from it. Compliance still depends on your own lawful basis and your privacy notice, so your DPO should see the setup before you sign. We'll walk them through it.

What do we need to give you?

An export of the fan or member records you already hold: email, name and date of birth or phone, plus whatever attributes you want analysed. The sponsor exports the equivalent. If your data is messy, that's normal, and we'll tell you honestly what it can support.

What if the overlap turns out to be small?

A small percentage is usually a big number. A few per cent of a large customer base is still thousands of your fans, and what matters is how many of them buy. If a partnership genuinely isn't producing customers, you want to know before the renewal meeting.

What does it cost?

It's quoted against the engagement rather than sold as a licence, because what it takes depends on your data and how many sponsors you want measured. Bring one sponsor and what you already hold to a demo, and you'll know inside the call.
