Your team is great at their jobs. Shame their job has become forwarding the same allergy list at 23h.
Every match starts the same way: 14 WhatsApps, 3 spreadsheets, and one colleague who swears they already sent the tickets.
Your partners want to spend more money. Your team is too busy to let them.
Decision-makers fill your suites. No names, no follow-up. The most qualified leads you'll ever meet — gone.
Seven features. One less stressed hospitality team.
Your self-serve partner portal. They confirm guests, note allergies, swap people at 22h47 and buy extras — all without calling you.
A built-in guest register, every matchday. 300 decision-makers through your suites, 300 hot leads straight into your CRM.
Who browsed the extras. Who dropped something in a basket. Who hesitated. Your team follows up on intent, not guesswork.
One entry. Everywhere it needs to be. Your ticketing, finance and CRM stay in sync — automatically.
Automated catering exports with exact headcount and every allergy. Updated until your cut-off, so what you send is what's true.
The right offer, at the right moment, sent automatically. Partners add packages, upgrade tables, buy extras — your team finds out when the money lands.

“Less admin, more revenue, happier guests. I didn’t think you could have all three.”
30 minutes. We show you the platform live, with your setup in mind. No slides, no fluff.
We build your workspace with your real partners, packages and matchday setup — so when you go live, everything's already in place.
Invites go out. Guests confirm. Catering gets the list. Invoices go out. You're in the stands.

Only if you want it to. You can connect the ticketing platform you already have, or use wehave's own ticketing instead — the hospitality and B2B side works the same either way. What wehave always handles is the B2B layer: partners with contracts, allocations, guest names that change every week, catering and invoicing on agreed terms. If you keep your existing platform, it stays responsible for selling single seats to individual fans.
Each partner gets their own self-service portal. They log in, see the allocation their contract entitles them to, and enter or change their guest names themselves — up to the cut-off you set. Nobody on your team retypes a name from an email or a WhatsApp message.
The catering export is generated from the live guest register, with the exact headcount and every dietary requirement per guest. It stays current until your cut-off, so what you send the kitchen matches who actually turns up — instead of a spreadsheet that went out of date the moment you emailed it.
Guests check in digitally, so you can see who has arrived and who hasn't while the match is still on. That also means you finish the day with a named record of who attended, rather than a rough count.
There is no implementation project. wehave is free to start with no credit card, and if you book a demo the team builds your workspace with your real partners, packages and matchday setup before you go live.
Pricing is consumption-based — you pay per guest, not per user and not per module. The first 300 guests per season are free across hospitality covers and B2B tickets combined, and there is a €750/month minimum billed annually. Above that, hospitality covers start at €2.50 per guest and B2B tickets at €1.10 per ticket, both falling as volume rises. There is no setup fee, no platform fee and no per-user fee.
Ticketing and event platforms including WeezEvent and Bundeling, payments through Mollie, accounting through Exact Online, and CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Teamleader. A ticketing integration is optional — if you'd rather not connect one, you can use wehave's own ticketing. If something you depend on isn't listed, ask — integration coverage changes.
Yes, and it's usually where the revenue is. wehave can offer the relevant extra — an additional seat, a table upgrade, a catering package, parking — to the right partner at the right moment automatically, so the offer gets made even when nobody on your team has time to make it.
Commercial directors, partnership managers and hospitality or B2B ticketing managers at professional clubs, federations and event organisers. Most clubs start with hospitality because it's the most acute problem, then extend into sponsorship CRM, contracts, rights tracking and reporting on the same platform.
Data is scoped to your workspace, with access controls and audit logging so you can see who changed what. For specific data protection or GDPR questions — including what a Data Processing Agreement covers — talk to the team directly rather than relying on this page.
